These terms govern the use of the Polyvia learning platform ("Service"). By registering you accept these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Registration details must be truthful. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

Polyvia offers AI-powered language learning features. Scope and availability may change at any time. Free content is provided free of charge; paid subscriptions are subject to separate terms.

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation is done via your profile or by contacting support. Refunds are governed by the applicable refund policy.

The Service and all content are protected by copyright. Private use is permitted. Commercial use, redistribution or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal or harmful activities
• Hack or misuse others’ accounts
• Distribute malware or scrape content automatically
• Harass or discriminate against other users

We strive for permanent availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted use. Maintenance work may be carried out without notice.

To the extent legally permissible, we are not liable for data loss, loss of profit or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount of your last subscription.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may deactivate accounts if you violate these terms or misuse the Service.
